  The Red Cross is only accepting phone calls to search for missing persons in these emergency circumstances: insulin dependant diabetics, oxygen dependant, dialysis patients, blind, recent heart attack or stroke victims, mobility challenged, broken leg, foot or ankle, or paralyzed.
